A Shift Leader is a Team Member in charge of providing direct supervision and ensuring everything runs smoothly during their shift. You’ll ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customer to visit.

- Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
- Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
- Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
- Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
- Train new Team Members on daily tasks
- Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Previous quick service restaurant or supervisory experience
- Serve-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
Ability to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to five hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
