As our Assistant Manager, you will be on a thrilling journey to become the ultimate pizza maestro - a General Manager! Throughout this adventure, you will be slicing through the four levels of our Management in Training program, earning dough-licious pay raises at each level completed.

Your main toppings will include:

Managing the day-to-day pizza operations to ensure that every guest leaves with a satisfied belly and a smile.
Nurturing and guiding our hourly Team Members to achieve sales and profit goals while upholding the highest standards of quality in food, service, and cleanliness.
Building dough-tastic sales and keeping a watchful eye on those sneaky pizza costs.
Passing a management-level food safety and sanitation exam to secure your spot in the pizza hall of fame.

Physical requirements that come with the territory:

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds of dough and cheese multiple times per shift.

Standing and moving with the grace of a pizza spinner for the duration of your shift.
