Our Assistant Manager position is someone in training to become a store General Manager. The Assistant Manager will work through the four levels of our Management in Training program and earn a pay raise at each level completed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Develops, directs, and supervises hourly Team Members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
Builds store sales and controls restaurant costs.
Required to pass a management level food safety and sanitation exam before promotion into this position
Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations at least 50 hours per week (Availability and willingness to work all shifts any day at any time).

Ability to carry, push and pull objects related to the preparation and serving of food
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for duration of shift
Environmental Factors/Working Conditions
High noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead music
Will work near moving or mechanical parts
