We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to oversee multiple retail locations in Madison, WI. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of each store, managing a team of employees, and driving sales and profitability. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to oversee multiple retail locations in Madison, WI. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of each store, managing a team of employees, and driving sales and profitability. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail locations within the assigned area
- Train, develop, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising, product placement, and cleanliness
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, human resources, and finance to support overall business objectives
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage payroll budgets and control expenses within the assigned area
- Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in cash register operations, inventory control, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of training development techniques to enhance employee performance
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Familiarity with payroll processes and budget management
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- 2+ years working in the quick serve restaurant industry
- Must have a valid drivers license and meet minimum MVR requirements
- Must be willing to relocate if needed
